We support clients through the tender process by issuing information to contractors, reviewing returns and advising on cost, buildability and programme. Our role is to safeguard design intent while helping select an appropriate procurement route aligned with project and budget objectives. 

We remain closely involved during construction, providing technical support, site inspections and design coordination as required. Working collaboratively with the project team, we help resolve issues efficiently and ensure the architectural quality is carried through to completion. 

Interior design is developed as an integral part of the architecture.  Materiality, lighting, spatial quality, environmental performance and user experience are considered as part of a cohesive design narrative across residential, commercial and hospitality projects. 

As Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations, Trifecta Architects leads the coordination of health and safety during the pre-construction phase, ensuring risks are identified, designed out where possible, and clearly communicated to the wider project team. We manage statutory CDM responsibilities, review design decisions from a safety perspective, and prepare the necessary pre-construction information while supporting clients in meeting their legal obligations. Our approach integrates practical risk management with project design, helping ensure safer construction, operation and maintenance without compromising creativity or architectural integrity.
